For the second time, Satori Capital claimed the top spot in FW Inc. magazine’s list of “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” in the small/medium employer category. Satori previously ranked #1 on the list in 2016 and was also included in the list’s top five in 2017, placing third.
The FW Inc. “Best Companies” list recognizes employers in the Fort Worth area who provide excellent benefits and create positive environments for their team members. Honorees are selected based on independent employee engagement and satisfaction surveys as well as employer responses to detailed questionnaires, all managed by The Best Companies Group, a workplace excellence research firm.
“We are delighted to once again be honored as the best place to work in Fort Worth,” said Satori co-founder and managing partner Randy Eisenman. Describing the motivation behind the firm’s benefits and culture, he said, “The caliber of the person who works here is such that they can work anywhere. We want to make them feel as special as they are.”
Hope Kahan, Satori’s director of operations, was featured in Satori’s profile in the magazine, as well as on the issue’s cover, where she posed with a kayak like the one she purchased with the help of one of Satori’s healthy living initiatives.

The FW Inc. award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. In addition to winning the Fort Worth award in the two previous years, the firm was named a “Best Place to Work in Money Management” by Pensions & Investments magazine in 2015, 2016, and 2017 and was included on the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in North Texas” list for 2017.
