For the fifth time, Satori Capital claimed the top spot in Fort Worth Inc. magazine’s list of “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” in the small employer category. Satori has been included on the list every year since the program began, previously ranking #1 in 2021, 2020, 2018, and 2016.
The 2024 “Best Companies” list recognized 45 companies in the Fort Worth area. Workforce Research Group managed the contest for the magazine and determined the rankings through confidential surveys of employees and an examination of company practices in areas such as
company culture, employee benefits, leadership capabilities, wellness initiatives, and fun activities. The results were announced at a luncheon on August 15, 2024. To view the full list of honorees, click here.
Claire McInnis, Satori’s vice president of finance, was featured in the magazine’s profile on the firm, which also included a message from co-founder Randy Eisenman on why Satori invests so deeply in its team members.

The “Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth” award is one of several Satori has received for workplace excellence. The firm has been named to Pensions & Investments‘ “Best Places to Work in Money Management” list for nine years in a row and ranked #1 in 2023 on the “Best Places to Work in Texas” list published by Best Companies Group. Satori was also certified as a “Great Place to Work” by the Great Place to Work organization in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
